Payment will be made via PayPal invoice in USD (United States Dollars). Commissioners should wait for an invoice from me before sending any money.

Commissions $50 and under require full payment upfront.

Commissions over $50 may be paid in full or in halves. Half of the total commission price will be paid upfront, then the other half after the commissioner approves the initial sketch.

No refunds once payment has been sent and significant work on a commission has begun.

Works in progress/updates will be given periodically at the request of the commissioner or if I want feedback from the commissioner.

Commissions will be finished in as timely a manner as possible. Maximum time for a standard commission to be completed is two weeks. If anything comes up that prevents me from hitting this target I will let the commissioner know as soon as possible.

Once the initial sketch is approved, large changes may require an extra fee. The fee will be agreed upon before making large changes.

The finished commission will be sent to the commissioner via email and messaging. It is their responsibility to make sure their commission is not lost after this is done.

Commissions will be digital goods only. No physical product will be shipped.

I reserve the right to refuse any commission or request for any reason.

I hold the copyrights to any finished or unfinished artworks.

Unless otherwise agreed upon, I am allowed to use the commission as an example of my work, post or display the artwork anywhere I like.

Any unused or rejected artworks may be reworked or reused for my own use.

Finished artwork will not be used commercially by neither me nor the commissioner.

I reserve the right to refuse any changes within reason.

Once a commission is completed and sent, I am not responsible for any artwork lost or damaged by the commissioner.

The commissioner retains their rights to their copyrighted characters and IPs.

Proof of consent may be required if the commissioner does not own the IP they are commissioning.

The commissioner is not allowed to use the artwork commercially in any way unless negotiated. Under no circumstance may the artwork be used to create non-fungible tokens (NFTs) even if the commissioner is given commercial rights.

Personal use of the artwork is allowed, such as printing for display and promoting themselves with proper artist credit.

The artwork may not be greatly altered without my consent. Cropping or using the artwork as profile icons, banners, etc. is allowed. Credit is appreciated but
not necessary.

The artwork may be posted online with proper credit and a link to one of my profiles.

Commercial use of the artwork may be negotiated after the commission is completed.
